Distance: A challenging 0.485-mile uphill hike from the parking lot.
Trail Conditions: Very hilly terrain, do not attempt to pull a cart.
Directions: Take Monson Trail almost to the end. → Shortly before the end of Monson Trail, you will see a path on the left through the woods to the cabin. → Alternatively, you can continue on Monson Trail to the end and take a left on White Ridge Trail. → Cabin is on left, just before the extremely step section of trail.
Tenting: Very limited tenting available.

Nearby Resources: Not convenient to latrines or water. The nearest resources are a hike away.
Character: This cabin offers a great wilderness feel and excellent views from its porch. The hike is challenging, making it a remote experience.
