Distance: A short 0.23-mile carry in/carry out hike from the parking lot.
Trail Conditions: The trail is a short walk from the parking lot over mostly slightly-sloped terrain, making it relatively easy to pull a cart.
Directions: Take Belden’s Way to Legion Trail. → After a very short walk on Legion and just after passing Webelos Woods cabin, take a left into the site.
Tenting: Can accommodate an additional 50-75 scouts in tents.
Water/Latrines: Very convenient. The nearest latrine is just outside the site at Webelos Woods. The nearest water pump is at the start of Nipmuc Trail.
Character: An outstanding site for all levels of campers, with a great combination of an "in-the-woods" feel and a large field for activities or more tenting.
Best For: Novice campers or large groups who want a great camping experience with a field for activities.
